David Nguyen

David grew up in San Diego and obtained his bachelor’s degree in psychobiology at UCLA. It was there that he first studied the Bible, embraced it as God’s Word, and trusted in Jesus as his Lord and Savior. He subsequently completed his optometric training at Marshall B. Ketchum University and then moved to the Bay Area to join New Life in 2015. He serves in administration, evangelism training, and as a community group leader.
David currently runs an optometry practice in San Jose. He married his wife Alyssa in 2020 and they are proud parents of a son. In his free time, David enjoys reading and playing sports.
